The book covers understanding viewers, creating videos, building an audience and using data to improve. Treat it as a learning resource. A book cannot guarantee views, subscribers, revenue or a faster monetization date.
Before buying, identify one problem you want help with. Are you unclear about your audience, struggling to choose a useful topic, or unsure what to learn from a video’s results? Choose one lesson to test rather than trying to change everything at once.
Check YouTube monetization requirements directly
Read YouTube’s Partner Program overview and eligibility guidance. Meeting a threshold does not automatically mean acceptance; YouTube reviews channels against its policies. Requirements and terms can change, so check the official page and your channel’s Earn section before relying on older advice.
Check the publisher’s listing and the retailer for the edition, format, availability and current price. This post began with the original book; make sure the version you choose fits what you need.

One useful next step
Write one sentence describing who your next video is for and what they should get from watching. Use that sentence to guide your topic, title and opening. Then review what viewers actually watched and improve the next video.
