Service Description

Before anything is booked or committed, I learn about your event. This 45-minute call is where I find out what your event is, what you want captured, and what you plan to do with it afterward. I listen first. Then I tell you honestly whether I am the right fit. If I am, I send a custom proposal within 48 hours built specifically for your event and your budget. Coverage is custom quoted after this call. Most projects start at $625. Full payment is required to hold your date once the proposal is accepted. Travel jobs are available — travel costs are covered by the client and included in the proposal. Delivery is a minimum of 5 business days after the event. Performers and event organizers retain rights to their own footage. Best for: Event organizers, business owners, and creatives in the USVI and Caribbean who need professional photo, video, or drone coverage and want to start with an honest conversation. Pay by card or PayPal — no PayPal account required. What to expect after booking: You will receive a confirmation email with your appointment time and meeting details. Sessions are held by Google Meet, with phone available if preferred. Come ready to share your event details — date, location, size, and what you want captured. Booking Policy: Full payment is required to reserve your time. Sessions are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours notice. Missed or late sessions (10+ minutes) may be forfeited without refund. Your session fee can be applied toward a project if you proceed within 30 days.
