Event Coverage Discovery Call

Service Description

This 45-minute call is where I learn about your event — what it is, what you want captured, and what you plan to do with it afterward. I listen first. Then I tell you honestly whether I am the right fit. If I am, I send a custom proposal within 48 hours built specifically for your event. Full payment is required to hold your date. Travel jobs are available — travel costs are covered by the client and included in the proposal. Delivery is a minimum of 5 business days after the event. Performers and event organizers retain rights to their own footage. The discovery call fee is applied to your package when we move forward. Best for: Event organizers, business owners, and creatives in the USVI and Caribbean who need professional photo, video, or drone coverage and want to start with an honest conversation.
