Choose one question and write a few honest sentences. Take your time, skip anything that feels too personal, and finish by choosing one small action you can take. This is a reflection exercise, not a test or a substitute for professional support.
What is the one thing that you regret the most in your life?
Thinking about regret can be uncomfortable. Give yourself room to reflect on what happened, what you learned and what you would do differently now. You do not have to share anything that feels too personal.
If you had unlimited resources and abilities, how would you change the world?
This question can be both fun and thought-provoking. Picture the difference you would like to make, then name one part you could start on a smaller scale.
What is the one thing that you want to accomplish in your lifetime that seems impossible right now?
Sometimes your biggest goal feels out of reach. Give yourself permission to name it anyway, then consider what you would need to learn, change or try to move a little closer.
What is your greatest strength that you are not using to its full potential?
Think about a talent or skill you may be overlooking. Where could you use that strength more intentionally in your work, your creative projects or your everyday life?
