Digital Item Policy

Flo Dynasty offers various digital products, including but not limited to e-books, digital downloads, templates, and digital artwork ("Digital Items"). These Digital Items are available for purchase through my website or other designated platforms.

Upon purchase of a Digital Item, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Digital Item for personal or business purposes, as outlined in the product description or license agreement. Ownership of the Digital Item and any associated intellectual property rights remain with Flo Dynasty.

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Digital Item to any third party, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes, without the express written consent of Flo Dynasty. You may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Digital Item.

These restrictions do not prevent uses expressly permitted by the purchased item's license. For the Flo Dynasty fillable workbooks, the purchaser license permits downloading and saving your copy, typing into it, printing working copies, using your answers for one business you own or manage, and keeping a backup. Sharing, resale and client-deliverable use remain prohibited unless I give written permission.

Digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable after the purchased file, download link, or access has been delivered.

If you receive the wrong file, a corrupted file, or cannot access your purchase, contact me within 7 days after delivery. I will first replace the file or restore access. A refund will be issued only if I cannot provide the purchased digital product. Verified duplicate charges will be refunded.

You may not share, resell, redistribute, reproduce for resale, or make a digital product publicly available unless its license expressly permits that use.

Flo Dynasty makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of Digital Items for any particular purpose. The use of Digital Items is at your own risk, and Flo Dynasty shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of Digital Items.

Flo Dynasty reserves the right to update or modify this Digital Item Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on my website.
