We value your satisfaction and aim to be transparent about when refunds may be issued. This policy applies to all purchases of services and digital products from Flo Dynasty.

Refunds for Services
Refunds for services (such as design, coaching, or consultations) are handled case-by-case:

Custom Design Services: Deposits are non-refundable once any design work has started.

Partially Completed Projects: May be eligible for a prorated refund.

Consultations & Coaching: Non-refundable after the session is delivered.
To request a service refund, email us with a clear description of the issue.

Project Cancellation Before Start: If you cancel a project before work has begun, you are eligible for a full refund of any deposit or payment.

Project Cancellation After Start: If you cancel a project after work has started, refunds are discretionary and may be prorated based on the progress made. If you cancel after work has begun, no refunds will be issued for work already completed.

Provider‑Initiated Cancellation: If we cancel a project due to circumstances beyond our control or because the project scope has become misaligned with the agreed pricing (e.g. subscription plans discontinued), we will offer a refund of unearned fees or provide a new quote.

Scope Changes: Additional work beyond the quoted scope will be billed separately and is non‑refundable once completed.

Deposit: Project deposits are generally non-refundable as they secure your spot in our schedule.

PayPal/Processor Fees: IMPORTANT: Payment processing fees (e.g., the fee PayPal charges to process your payment) are not refundable. If a refund is approved, we will deduct the transaction fee we incurred from the total refund amount.
Returns and Refunds for Products
Print-On-Demand Products
Every item in the Flo Dynasty shop is custom-made just for you after your order is placed. This means we do not keep inventory and do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, fit, or buyer’s remorse.

What We Will Cover:

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 21 days of delivery with photos and a description. We will gladly replace it at no extra cost.

Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, notify us within 21 days of the expected delivery date. Once confirmed, a free replacement will be issued through our print provider.​

Incorrect Address: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, customers will be responsible for updated shipping costs to resend the package.
What We Can’t Accept:

Returns or Exchanges for Incorrect Sizing: Be sure to check the sizing charts carefully before placing your order. We cannot accept returns for incorrect fit due to the print-on-demand process.

Returns for Buyer’s Remorse: Because each item is made to order, we are unable to offer refunds if you change your mind after placing the order.

Non-Returnable Items: Items such as face masks, personalized products, and other hygiene-sensitive items are final sale.

To request a replacement or refund, contact us within 21 days of receiving your item and include:

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Refund times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
