Information I Collect
Information You Provide
When you interact with my website, such as by filling out contact forms, subscribing to my newsletter, or creating a member account, I may collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, and any other information you voluntarily provide.
Automatically Collected Information
I may automatically collect certain information about your device, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, and browsing activity on my website, using cookies and similar tracking technologies.
How I Use Your Information
To Provide Services
I use the information I collect to provide and personalize my services, communicate with you, process transactions, and respond to your inquiries.
To Improve My Website
I may use your information to analyze trends, administer the website, gather demographic information, and improve my website's content and user experience.
To Send Promotional Communications
With your consent, I may send you promotional emails about my products, services, special offers, or other information I think you may find interesting.
Sharing Your Information
I may share your personal information with third-party service providers who assist me in operating my website, conducting my business, or servicing you, subject to appropriate confidentiality and security measures. I may also disclose your information in response to legal process, to protect my rights, or as otherwise required by law.
Advertising and Cookies
My site is set up for Google AdSense, Google’s ad service. When Google ads show on my site, third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to my website or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies lets it and its partners serve ads to you based on your visits to my site and/or other sites on the Internet. Some of these ads may be personalized.
My site also includes Google Ads tracking and the Meta Pixel for Facebook and Instagram. These tools can receive page views, interactions, device and browser information, and cookie or similar identifiers to measure advertising and actions on my site. Depending on the applicable settings and choices, this data may also support remarketing and personalized advertising. Google explains its data practices at https://policies.google.com/privacy. Meta explains its data practices and privacy choices at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/.
You can turn off personalized ads from Google at https://adssettings.google.com. You can also opt out of personalized ads from many other ad companies at https://www.aboutads.info/choices.
A cookie is a small file a website saves in your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you do, some parts of my site may not work the same way.
Analytics
I use TWIPLA, a visitor stats app, to see how people use my site. It shows me things like which pages people visit, where visits come from, and the browser, operating system and IP address used.
I also use Google Analytics through Wix to understand visits, pages viewed, referral sources, device and browser information, and interactions with my site. Google Analytics can use cookies and similar identifiers. Learn how Google uses information from partner sites: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Microsoft Clarity helps me understand clicks, scrolling and navigation through heatmaps and session replays. Microsoft receives website interaction, device, browser and cookie data. I use these insights to improve my site and market my services. Microsoft may also use this information for advertising. Microsoft explains its data practices at https://privacy.microsoft.com/en-us/privacystatement.
Google Tag Manager is installed to help manage tracking tags. It is separate from the analytics and advertising services described in this policy.
Payments
Online payments on my site go through PayPal. If PayPal offers a debit or credit card guest option for your checkout, you can use it without signing in to PayPal.
When you pay online, your card or bank details go to PayPal, not to me. PayPal says it does not share your full payment details with the seller. I get what I need to handle your booking or order, like your name, email, what you bought, your shipping address for shop orders, and whether the payment went through.
PayPal explains how it handles your data at https://www.paypal.com/us/legalhub/paypal/privacy-full.
Website Host and Shop Orders
My website is built and hosted on Wix (Wix.com). Wix stores the information you send through my site, like contact and quote forms, bookings, chat messages, email sign-ups, member accounts and orders. Wix also places some cookies my site needs to work, for things like security and core site features.
Wix explains how it handles data at https://www.wix.com/about/privacy.
My shop items are made and shipped by my print-on-demand partner, Printful. To fill your order, Printful gets your name, your shipping address and the items you ordered.
Printful explains how it handles your data at https://www.printful.com/policies/privacy.
Your Choices
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. You may also opt out of receiving promotional communications from me by following the instructions provided in such communications or contacting me directly. For requests about your personal information, email info@flodynasty.com.
Analytics and advertising cookies are different from cookies needed for site security, sign-in and checkout. You can block or remove cookies in your browser and use the Google, Meta and Microsoft privacy choices linked in this policy. Browser cookie controls may not stop every form of tracking, and turning off personalized ads does not mean that no information is collected. Google provides an Analytics opt-out browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Security
I take reasonable precautions to protect the security of your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so I cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to This Policy
I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time by posting the revised policy on my website. Your continued use of my website after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
