• Payment options are shown at checkout. PayPal is the primary payment option.
• If PayPal offers a debit or credit card guest option for your checkout, you can use it without signing in to PayPal. Guest checkout availability may vary.
• Products are print‑on‑demand: each item is produced only after you place your order — no bulk manufacturing or stockpiles.
• Shipping is free to the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and the United States (some items ship only to the 50 states and D.C.). Most items take 2–5 business days to make, then 3–14 business days to ship, depending on where you are. These are estimates, not guarantees. Details: Shipping Policy.
• Because each item is custom made for you, I can’t offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind after ordering. Refunds or replacements are only available if the item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect, or if the package is lost.
Returns, Defects & Damage
• Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you notice a defect, misprint, damage or the wrong item, contact Flo Dynasty within 21 days after receiving your item. Include your order number, a short description, and clear photos so I can review the claim and arrange an eligible replacement or refund. If your package is lost, contact Flo Dynasty within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
• Returns for buyer’s remorse, wrong size/color, or a simple change of mind when using a print‑on‑demand model are not accepted — because of the on‑demand nature of production.
