• Payment options are shown at checkout. PayPal is the primary payment option.
• If PayPal offers a debit or credit card guest option for your checkout, you can use it without signing in to PayPal. Guest checkout availability may vary.
• Products are print‑on‑demand: each item is produced only after you place your order — no bulk manufacturing or stockpiles.
• Because each item is custom made for you, I can’t offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind after ordering. Refunds or replacements are only available if the item arrives defective or damaged.
Returns, Defects & Damage
• Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you notice a defect, misprint, or damage, contact Flo Dynasty within 21 days after receiving your item. Include your order number, a short description, and clear photos so I can review the claim and arrange an eligible replacement or refund.
• Returns for buyer’s remorse, wrong size/color, or a simple change of mind when using a print‑on‑demand model are not accepted — because of the on‑demand nature of production.
