• Products are print‑on‑demand: each item is produced only after you place your order — no bulk manufacturing or stockpiles.
• Because each item is custom made for you, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind after ordering. Refunds or replacements are only available if the item arrives defective or damaged.
Returns, Defects & Damage
• Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you notice a defect, misprint, or damage, contact Flo Dynasty within 30 days after receiving your item. Include your order number, a short description, and clear photos so we can review the claim and arrange an eligible replacement or refund.
• Returns for buyer’s remorse, wrong size/color, or a simple change of mind when using a print‑on‑demand model are not accepted — because of the on‑demand nature of production.
